What is your turn around time for prints?
24-48 hours!
How do I need to send my handwritten message/recipe?
You can take a picture of it and email it to us at deltaridgedesigns@gmail.com. You can also message us on Facebook. Please be sure there is not a shadow on the image.
What is your TAT on standard items?
5-10 business days! If you need something by a certain date, please let us know a head of time.
How to I apply my prints?
You MUST have a heat press. A regular iron will not work.
Press your print at 315 for 15 seconds. Let the image cool then remove the film. Cover the image with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5 seconds.
What are your business hours?
Monday - Friday 8am to 1pm.
After 2pm we are available by appointments only.
Do you create custom designs?
Yes! Our custom designs start at $6. Message us, and we can work out the details.
Can I drop off my own item to be personalized?
Yes, but please contact us a head of time just in case.
Can I send my business logo to you for engraving/printing?
Yes! We just ask that it is in high resolution. This will ensure it does not print/engrave blurry.
For printing, items must have a transparent background, or an additional fee will be added to get it ready for printing.
Are you able to cut metal?
No, unfortunately we are not able to do that at this time!
